Handwriting to Text AI provides a collection of online tools including AI, image, developer, writing, and utility tools accessible via web browser.

2. Accounts and access

• Continued use may require creating an account.
• Creating an account gives you access credits to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Credits and payments

• Usage is metered in credits; each conversion consumes credits from your balance.
• Accounts include a limited number of credits.
• Premium plans provide additional credits and are billed through Paddle.
• Credits do not carry over between billing periods unless stated otherwise.
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious files or content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Abuse included credits through multiple accounts or automation

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, code, and branding are owned by Handwriting to Text AI. Content you create using our tools belongs to you. You grant us no rights over your content beyond what is needed to provide the Service.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

7. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
